The ERC-8004 Values Passport encodes four primitives:

These are not post-hoc output filters. They are structural
constraints on the reduction function — built into the
architecture before the first agent is deployed.
Alignment is not a safety problem. It is a design problem.
The arena designers are the last humans in the loop.
